Absolutely a non-factor. The same things were said about Burnley and they sold us McNeil. And Leeds finished 19th so there isn't a conceivable thing they could sue us for, and they won't be giving it any thought. If we'd been deducted a million points they'd still have been relegated.

They were also taken over about a week ago mate.

Statistically he is more or less the same…. 25 goals and 21 assists in 139 games from the left and 16 goals and 13 assists 93 games from the right. Played about half his games on the right last season.

I mean he is probably better on the left, but I wouldn’t move McNeil. Harrison is versatile, should settle in quick and I think would be a Dyche type of guy. Upside is limited, but we may not do much better for 16m.

If we could get him and the Diallo on loan and have a winger rotation of McNeil, Harrison and Diallo, then I think we are worlds ahead of McNeil, Iwobi and Gray.

Plus it seems feasible…

Same not a massive fan of harrison but does offer more than what we have have with gray

McNeil had his best games towards the end of the season when he was cutting inside into the middle more. He isn't an out and out winger imo, doesn't have the running for it.

He ran his arse off every game after Dyche came in, I thought he worked incredibly hard

I also think he gets space inside because he’s an extra body in our already three man CM so when he comes inside we overload the center and he can get shots off. I think if he sat centrally he’d not find the same space

For me, McNeil on the left wing is about the only position I don’t want to see a change in probably alongside Pickford in goal and Tarkowski CB.
