Summer transfer window 2023

Gyokeres is a better player and has scored 38 in 2 seasons.

Hes also 3 years older then simms.

Gyokeres goal per minutes in 190.

Simms goals per minutes is 157.

I'm not saying simms should be going for the same as Gyokeres but £6m is too low. Especially to a team thats getting £20m.

Right Back
Given that Coleman has been given a new deal and we already have Patterson, I’m guessing that the Right Back position will now wait until January / next summer. Such a shame because neither SC or NP are able starters right now; would’ve been great to bring in Walker-Peters with Patterson gaining PL experience as his back up, and let Coleman retire gracefully.

Wide Positions
I originally had us down as keeping Gray due to lack of wide options, but looks like the Saudi money will be too good to turn down. It does leave us incredibly short in the wing positions; I expect to see Iwobi & maybe young Mills playing here until we’re able to bring players in.

I’m therefore expecting us to bring in:
1. Starting Quality CB
2. Starting Quality LB
3. Starting Quality RW
4. Starting Quality ST
5. Young Prospect LW
6. Young Prospect RW

Then in January, look to find a starting RB & a young prospect GK.

Then next Summer, look to replace Doucoure & Gueye.

Need a 3rd striker that can also play wide. Canon should go on loan.

The stats make a case for him not going at all

Clear to see that Everton as a club is completely goosed.

We haven’t got a pot to pee in and are having to sell off the future prospects to balance the books and keep the lights on - you can try and call them good deals all you want, but to me it’s another nail in the coffin of our club and another depressing epitaph for Moshiri and Kenwright to add to their list of shame.

We’re going into the season after scraping safety in a much worse position squad wise and are hoping that DCL has got over his injury issues.

Disgraceful from all those we trust to look after the club for us.

Championship level that team at best..

We just need to get a few more players off the books, then you should see us moving from the interested phase to the "considering a bid" phase on a few replacements.
Considering bid brilliant we've been considering buying a forward for twelve months .
