Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

If a tall midfielder is Moyes type of number 10 i.e. Fellaini and Soucek, do you think we could be looking at Jobe Bellingham, ticks all the Moyes boxes.

I think he`d be able to step up aswell...

Onana also not getting a gig at Villa, not sure if he is injured or just not fancied anymore.

we won’t pay the money for sauce guy and oh who’s assed nana

What do you base your opinion on? I have read opinions from several people who watch WBA more or less actively, even in the flesh.

And I'm pretty sure so does the club.

Watching youtube highlights.

He's not once showed any pace and looks to be a one trick pony with a fantastic cross...thats about it.

I think there is potential there tbh. But we need real speed and dynamism- a way of scaring teams and getting at them. He ain't that.

For me, we need 3 wingers in the summer (obviously some of these can be loans), as we need serious depth in these areas. If we get some quality, or superb potential and Fellows is brought in to be a steady Eddie, tidy player, fine. The issue is that we will have to pay any lot of money for the lad and we need to do a lot to the squad.

Ndiaye + McNeil on the left so we'll need 2 for the right? Why 3?

Think Fellows is actually left footed isn't he? Although clearly comfortable with his right too - not sure you see many left footed right backs, but I sort of get the point you're making about him.

Right footed based on his videos but lashed a couple in with his left and uses it to dribble with too.

Fellows looks a bit one dimensional for the premier league.

I cant believe premier league left backs would allow him to keep doing the exact same trick & cross.

LAD WENS DAT WINDOW OPEN WE NEED A WHOLE NEW LEFT WING LAD NOT EVEN TALKIN ABAR THE TOFFEES HERE BRING BACK CORBYN LAD AHAHAHA.

Listing Lad , we need a gud few more than a couple of left wingers we need Strikers ,
ones that are rampant like a tart on heat in the grafton as the the last dance comes on
just gagging to get slotting. And letting nothing getting in the way
Proper nymphomaniac goal sluts
that's what we need lad..

Translation: FC SEXY ARE BACK

He had a clear run at the Leeds goal a bit like Temple in the Final but the central defender caught
up and prevented the shot. The commentator said he was unsurprised.
That's the sum total of my knowledge on the subject. So maybe he's not slow but he's not quick.

The make-up of EFC today demands a pacy winger; we have tricky, slower types already.

Ndiaye says hi

Ok, that's obviously a far superior method to actually watching the matches.

Do I need to go to athletics tracks to watch the 100m or is it ok for me to see some of the competitiors easily beaten for speed, online...

...you know? To comment on their pace.

Looks like he's after future England players...

Moyes then pointed to the need for players who could help Everton on that journey. He said: “I was really fortunate, I had Declan Rice when we were avoiding relegation and I got him on the up. When we finished sixth in the league we had someone who was really climbing the ladder.

“We need that to happen here. We need exciting players here. People who England are talking about, I think when you get boys who are England internationals on the way up, I think they draw a lot of attention from the media, especially the British media.

We need people like Jarrad Branthwaite and whoever else we can get to be making people think: ‘Hey, by the way, Everton are going in the right direction.’”

….so refreshing finally having somebody running the show who’s clear on the lack of quality in this squad and on addressing it. A lot of work to be done given the calamitous contract situation this squad is in but I’m actually looking forward to this window.

Refreshing that someone actually has money to address it as well
