I hope we sign some midfielder who is not afraid to pass forward more than sideways. Someone who is confident to dribble forward when there's no option to pass forward. Our central midfielder is too timid in terms of passing and there's only Barkley who is confident of driving forward. If we address this issue we'll be in top 4 next season.

Don't think Martinez really fancied Diame at Wigan and rarely played him so can't see anything in that one.

I pointed out a while back that he had Diame on the bench every week, and someone said it was only because he hadn't signed a new contract. Lolz. Diame is inconsistent and not good enough and Bobby knows it.

I can see Colback arriving on a free tbh.

I don't want Tadic, mainly because everybody has jumped on the bandwagon of wanting to sign him (do people really watch a lot of Twente games - honestly?), And it reminds me of when everyone was desperate to sign Lorik Cana. Who turned out to be tosh in the Prem.

I'd take Barry, Diame, Tadic and Wilfried Bony for a total of 30m. Get rid of Alcaraz, Hibbert. Potentially get Deulofeu back in on loan and another surprise loanee.

Unfortunately you wouldn't get all those for £30m

1) don't watch him at all but just say it cause it isn't someone from a different league

I rate him and I think in a better team/squad he would better himself and prove to be a good player, a la McCarthy.

I have heard we have offered him 50k per week on a two year deal but other clubs are offering 80k. Just gossip.
