Never even glanced at one of the books, but Tom Cruise, who is 5 foot 7, being cast as Jack Reacher, a 6 foot 5 man 'built like a linebacker’, as the author described.

Saw the Author on GMTV few years back and they asked him about that and he said he had no problem as he thought there were no other Actor in Hollywood with Tom's prescence.
