The difference in the immigrants who came in from 150 to 1970 was they just accepted our culture/Language heritage etc - In the Blair years of immigration where his wife was a Human rights lawyer a word appeared called multiculturalism - this then became people were coming here not even speaking english it was and still is a free for all and a burden on our infrastructure in so many ways - The port of Liverpool as I well know fetched in many cultures in my day and they became scousers in a true sense of the word whether irish - chinese - African origins etc - this EU freedom of movement and also illegal immigration is now sadly not the case hence the rise of UKIP - like them or loath them they have rose to be a party of emerging power of membership - Even the current Prime Minister is scared of them!
I voted for a Common Market for trade with food, and goods, not a bureaucratic mess of countries who try to govern us!

..Milliband less popular in the polls than Clegg but bookies favourite to be next PM, that's an anomaly. Whatever happens it's difficult to see anybody having absolute control so another coalition on the horizon.

I had a look through http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Culture_of_the_United_Kingdom and there isn't much on there that I haven't been able to do as a result of migration.

I don't know if it's with any kind of agenda really though is it? The media have poked fun at politicians since the Spitting Image days (and long before). Miliband seems to have made an easy target unfortunately.

Agreed it's pretty diverse. Gaelic speakers in the Western Isles voted to remain British yet are culturally polarised to Britons south of the watford gap

All that says to me is we have our own scumbags, we don't need anyone else's. Even though it's way more than one person that has been raped or murdered by an unchecked EU immigrant, one is all it should bloody well take.

Oh and btw it has been found that our incessant allowing of mass immigration from outside the EU has cost the tax payer money. Mass unchecked EU immigration has just cost us sociologically. Win there mate. Good win.

It is a mere example of what Im talking about. Just because its not comfortable for you doesn't mean I'm 'using this event' in the way you insinuate. I hope there are no more for me to 'use'. There will be though. Pretty much every day there is, not nessessarily as serious, but everywhere people are negatively effected by our countries unwillingness to check who was coming in.

It's nothing to do with being "uncomfortable" with anything; its to do with findng your faux-outrage repulsive. I'm sure I'm not alone in that - people aren't fools. We all see the same world, the same England as you. It's just that most of us don't see ft to pursue some sort of hate agenda.
