That's the five year plan for the NHS, published last autumn by the CEO of the NHS. I don't think there is any mention in there of this privatisation you speak of. You will see however that it mentions things like diverse solutions and accelerating the spread of useful innovations. I wouldn't listen to the twaddle churned out by politicians that should know better.

The government is selling NHS services to private firms by the day. Namely care units and rehabilitation centres. Contracts are being sold on a large scale, an example of this is opening bidding for the Staffordshire cancer care units.

By posting that link and believing there is no privatisation of the NHS, it is you who is listening to 'twaddle churned out by politicians that should no better'.
 
There seems to be a great many who are urging for a Labour vote, well okay.
