You'd have to be an idiot to really. He lied about it almost exclusively before the last election, and for him to stand there and claim to not want privatisation of the NHS (whilst, incidentally, not answering the question he was asked, as usual) is an outright lie. It's in his Thatcherite DNA to want it. To then compare privatisation to the work of something like Marie Curie is outright despicable.
