Probably the one by our neighbours on the Man City team bus.

Their recent attempt on the It's one was nowhere near as big.
 


Newcastle 95/96

Liverpool 2013/14

Almost Blackburn in 94/95 actually, but West Ham bailed them out (after ironically already dropping them in it due to defeating them at Upton Park in the famous match where Shawn Michaels came to watch "The Blackburn Rovers" because he supposedly had a long lost relative from Blackburn, as a matter of fact)

Let United right back in it this did when it looked like Rovers were home and dry
