It’s so wide a gap it’s asking questions about why the angry few make so much noise and seem so out of touch with “normal” Evertonians.

I'm pretty sure many of you on here skive in work and do the bare minimum at times

Then go home and watch your favourite series or go the pub or whatever, why should you have the right to do that if you haven't given 100% in work that day?

I've no problem with what he does in his free time, he can dress however he wants, do as many fashion shoots as he wants, im not even that arsed about him supposedly slacking on the pitch as I don't think he's intentionally being poor. He's a nice lad, seems mature, speaks well and generally seems like a good bloke.

My point was more a dig at my generation and younger ones on here who perhaps try to pretend that it's only grumpy oldboys who take take the piss out of his dress sense when in reality he gets he gets rinsed by young people all the time on twitter for dressing like a 70s pensioner.

The fact he doesn't care and continues to dress how he wants is an admirable trait.

I’ve got no problem with what he does outside of football. The lad can wear and do what he likes as long as he’s performing on the pitch.

I'm all for him to do what he likes so long as he's doing well. While the team and he is struggling to do well, then anything else shows a lack of focus on his day job and realistically, should cheapen whatever he is advertising. Its crass, vulgar and taking the mick, while he is taking in hundreds of thousands for not performing in his prime job. I'm absolutely aware that this is not how the easily impressed masses see it.
