Talk about manipulating facts to suit a schoolboy argument

Youth Cups, Charity Shields.....FFS.

Is there a person on this board would not rather have a European Cup and 5 League Cup triumphs on our Honours List than a dozen Charity Shields......
Do your fickle lot of fans still chant that terrible "Empty seats m'lord"chant ? Yet your away support is utter turd and I'll not start on your home support

How the hell did this thread come about? Could not care less who is bigger between us and it's plain to see we both have great histories, good fan bases (numerically speaking of course as they are a tedious bunch of melts) and are currently falling behind at an alarming rate under bad ownership. The sad/hilarious part is that between how the international Premier League money is split and the Kitbag deal, it literally does mean nothing.

And that's a good thing, else we will have a Spain situation, United & RS getting more than anyone...and us getting £4 grand more than Villa.

I don't mind Villa our fellow founding members of the football league. They have 2 more FA cups than us.A European cup and a few league cups and credit to them for that. But taking league cups out of the equation Villa have only 3 major trophies since world war 2 ended. An FA Cup in 1957 (their first FA Cup since 1920), the league title in 1981 (their first league title since 1910) and a European Cup in 1982.They also won 1 charity shield in 1981 and right now they remind me of us during the Walter Smith years without a fat Gazza running around the place. They also played in the old division 3 at one point in their history. We never sunk to such lows.Everton have a more consistent record of competing at the top level of football than Villa. We won more league titles than Villa. We have been consistent members of the top flight for all but 4 seasons of our history and our post world war 2 record is 4 league titles 3 FA cups 7 Charity Shields and a European Cup Winners Cup and bear in mind that our great 1980's team wasn't allowed to win the European Cup.All Villa have over us post world war 2 is a few league cups.We have a better league record than them over recent seasons.Villa are a big club but were a bigger and better club.Bigger and better.

Careful mate - there are some (One in particular - no names, but he knows who he is) that would accuse you of kopite behaviour by pointing these things out...
