Successive governments (But mainly the tory ones) have skewed Magna Carta beyond recognition. The tories want to go back to the original charter (i.e. the 'robber barons' get 'justice' while the peon swings)
No right to remain silent.

We've had this debate before in a slightly different context. Just because it's not labelled British doesn't mean it's not suitable for us.

Human rights issues shouldn't be about power, or the elite though should they. Any convention/agreement should supercede governments.Yeah, I'm not really a conquer the world kind of guy tbh. I like the power to be as close to the people as possible because I do not trust the elite.
If that's the way you see it. There are generally other indicators tbf.Arsed if you ignore me?
Nope. You ask about other's perceived paranoia - yet anyone who disagrees with you about immigration is a RACIST!!!

Just the same way big corporations use regulation to snuff out competition. Global elites can use "human rights" to push and agenda.Human rights issues shouldn't be about power, or the elite though should they. Any convention/agreement should supercede governments.
Like I said I personally like the power to be close to the people who then lend it to the government they elect to enact policies on their behalf.
Democracy isn't perfect. It's just better than the rest.Except goverments sell their 'loaned power' to the corporates.
Go on what? You're the one who seems to think I've called people racist. You go on.Oh really?
Go on then...
