We are still living beyond our means. I could think of many ways to make cuts that wouldn't hurt our people, but the current government are making cuts which effect the most vulnerable in our nation. Whilst simultaneously doubling the national debt. Honest to God.

The EU might have helped us when we were the 'sick man of Europe' because back then trade tariffs were so high. However I still would not have joined if it was known that the intention was not trade, but instead the creation of a new super state.
