The EU deal

Personally I reckon we'd be insane to leave Europe. We can be good enough to get into the Champions League in a few years, we don't want to be no longer a part of europe just as we get good enough.

We don't want to leave Europe, just this club called the EU........

They don't want us in it, remember Collina? You should vote exit.

Civil servants have been banned from helping ministers make the case for leaving the EU, prompting claims the establishment is lined up against them.
Michael Gove and other ministers campaigning for Britain's exit will also be unable to use official briefings to prepare campaign speeches.
But civil servants will be allowed to help ministers arguing for Britain to "remain in a reformed EU", No 10 said.
The rule change was announced by Cabinet Secretary Sir Jeremy Heywood...........

Well, as much as that's an unfair advantage, I dont remember the likes of Gove or Ian Duncan Sick et al complaining recently about their own party employing at the tax payers expense a whole army of wonks to work in their think tanks and policy committees whilst at the same time cutting 'short money' to other political parties.

A case of the biter bitten here, I think.

Well that sounds fair........

The EU has not been the reason for peace. Just look at how they have acted towards Ukraine and Russia. I don't want to be part of this expansionist, dangerous EU empire.

Had to skim read that but the idea that companies can claim compensation for not making enough profit from our health is terrifying. Got to hope Cameron's real reason for wanting to remain in will be more exposed as part of the debate.
Do you not think our government will find a way to buy into the principles of TTIP regardless of this vote? To be honest if I seriously believed it was a way of challenging this deal then I'd probably switch my vote.

If TTIP is imposed via the EU we, the people are powerless to change that deal. If TTIP were signed by the independent UK government outside of the EU, we could vote in a different government which could tear up the deal.

this is on Facebook. The post also claims that every area of the U.K. Has seen similar investment from the EU.
