The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

@davek knows I'm right when it comes to predicting downfalls of football clubs.

I'm predicting ours inside three years if this board don't pull their fingers out on the stadium

Martinez as good as he is - won't be able to stem a tide of not being able to compete financially with clubs like Spurs and West Ham.

So what are this board going to do about it?

So we'll be doomed within 3 years if the stadium issue isn't resolved?

You do realise that the incremental revenue it'd generate beyond the funding costs, will be relative peanuts don't you?

That's not to say that it doesn't need a solution, but that's a completely baseless and ill informed statement

Sit back and bask in the glory of being a director of a Premier League Club. They are not too bothered about winning things just wanting PL status for there own personal reasons and status. Even some of our supporters have unfortunately bought into it also. I remember when we once were a big cheese in English football...long time ago like. Its not coming back with an unambitious like it the way it is board.

I'm saying that we will simply not compete on a level playing field after three years.

Since our poor commercial revenue and .... tv money - wage increase restrictions will mean that Spurs and West Ham can outspend us.

Its at this point our Aston Villa like demise will begin.

I heard the BU are meeting today, I hope something constructive comes out of the same meeting, I'll never slag blues that want to see progression, if blues are happy with the way we are currently going then that's their God giving right, I just can't agree with their point of view.

Have I missed something!?!?

The club seemed quite rattled last time there was a protest march. I don't think Kenwright has much of a stomach for public embarrassment.

I doubt Earl is arsed, like.
