The journalist who wrote the Daily Star article is pretty responsive to questions on Twitter. Says the two interested parties do not include the Kansas mob and his Wall St source is reliable. Also says he will have more this week.

I assume before the AGM on 23rd November as otherwise it makes the meeting a little pointless!

Agree with you, the problem being that the Company financial statements no longer have to be laid before the AGM (unless provided for in the articles) as Companies Act does not require it.

No such provision in the Articles I'm afraid.

I want a change, but if you really believe that PG (arguably one of the most successful businessmen of our times) runs the show, why would you want someone possibly less business savvy to take over?

I wonder whether they will address the recent takeover rumours. Can't help but feel there might be a ring of truth to them with them coinciding with the alleged poor health of Bill.

Is that not more of a damning indictment of the man rather than praise? If Green runs the show and, yet, we are STILL that awful in almost every aspect off the pitch..?
