To be honest though Neiler if you're going to talk about how lies are being spread you should at least attempt to substantiate that claim, otherwise you're no better than the people who you are complaining about.

Why Neiler?

Happy to lids - but only with those with the sense to reason - im not into wasting my time, i must have about 200 posts in this thread. I posted a few pages back as well.

The stuff, id take issue with in particular in the last three pages are the figures posted under the Johnson regime, the way some of the outsourcing has been framed and the merchandising - not that im a fan of either, figures are very misleading and slanted. The comparison of debt and the perceived soft debt Bolton, Villa and Fulham - (prob everyone else in the PL as well) have, is another thing. Id query 11 mortgages on Goodison, assertions on the Vibec bridgeing loan, Philip Green and a few other things as well.

To late now, im giving a lecture in the morning and cant be arsed doing it detail now but i will........ has to be said B91 talked a lot of sense in the last few pages.

Is right.

As i said back then i'm always interested in discussing it, regardless of what side of the fence the other person sits.

For me there are no sides mate, i think clearly everyone wants changes, but posting waffle just annoys me in general - i prob shouldnt even stirr it as as i said before there is no such thing as bad publicity.

You know your doing well, when those your debating with start reaching for a dictionary and arguing over semantics, getting insulted is always a plus too - well in.

There is something devastatingly wrong behind the scenes. I'll never ever forgive Kenwrong for the King's Dock. "Ringfenced"....

The mere fact we don't have AGMs is enough.

BK and chums are hiding from the fans, if the next question that pops into your skull isn't "WHY?" then you're ill informed.

There is an "in crowd" set of fans a sort of "courtier fan" in and around finch farm and GP gladhanding and backslapping with club officials and players at functions etc the bigger picture is incidental to them because they get smiled at and get a club biro.

They post on forums when anything BU is mentioned.

I'd be the same, "vested interest" could be my middle name.

I'd agree with what you say in some senses because certain aspects, such as outsourcing, are subjective. The club was losing £750,000 before we went with JJB and eventually brought Kitbag in so now we are £3.75m better off. How you view that depends on your sensibilities. For me the fact we were actually losing money on that aspect is criminal. I've also made my thoughts on that deal clear.

The comparison of our debt to soft debt carried by the teams mentioned hghlights one thing clearly for me. The owners of each of these clubs are willing and able to provide finances to grow or improve that club. They also add value as the cost of that finance would have to be borne by their clubs otherwise.

Our board has provided no finance whatsoever at any point in the entirety of their reign. Not a pound, as admitted by by Elstone recently. Throw in the sale of all our assets bar the one's that can run and I can't see how anybody is still in a position to defend this board. They have effectively asset stripped (Admitted that this was the business plan and was unsustainable at the DK enquiry by Elstone) to maintain control due to thier own ineptitude and poor decisionmaking.

Issues about the Vibrac loan, Phillip Green and everything else are secondary to the reaL ISSUE that without David Moyes being an absolute ninja in his transfer dealings and the luck of finding the greatest English player, potentially of all time, then this board would have taken us into oblivion. That's a facht that stevie wonder could see.

They dont want questions about 'other operating costs' from the floor. It's this club's Watergate. No question about that. Where is the £20m+ going from there? Who's being paid out of that slushfund and for what services? No one knows apparently.

Something stinks and they dont want that explored.

Im not even a massive fan of the board mate! What annoys me really, there is loads you could throw at them without making up mistruths or misleading people, loads has never been touched on. Just because mistruths and misleading infor is pointed out doesnt make someone die hard board in or out, that demarcation is needed for a foundation for fundamentalist debate, clearly the overall issue is more greay and complex - then partisans think it is.

Truth is really they have done alot of good, they have done somethings badly, but clearly for us to progress we need some kind of stimulas and change in whatever form that takes - to be honest im happy in the knowledge that thats were most Evertonians are really. Despite all the party political/broadcasting moleing that goes on here and other boards for the BU/Keioc.

Please state what these are. We know what you think the Kenwright regime have done right, so let's hear what your reasoning is on where they've gone wrong. Just for balance.
