The first one had quite a turnout, the second one wasn't that bad. More than one man and his dog has Graeme Sharp put it.

People are too scared to look like 'kopites' and take to the street, but are happy to sit back and bitch and moan about nothing being done.

People are too blind to realise that BK ins't the owner of Everton FC, he his the Chairman. Robert Earle has no intention of investing in Everton, he was brought in for 2 reasons, one to oust Cliff Finchsecond was for his own personal gain relating to Kirkby, if that stadium would have went through he would have cleaned up on the commercial side of things.

Seeing as nobody actually knows who is involved with BCR Sports, then nobody knows who is running our club from behind the scenes. There is a puppet master at Everton, all fingers are pointing to Phillip Green

I don,t think Pip has anything to do with the iron clad NDA,s that are put in front of the noses of any buyer. I think that tells you all you need to know about the motives of the seller.

because there's still a large chunck who are scared well cease to excist if they shake the boat.

And there's a large chunck who still think Bill is doing a good job (see the clappers) and don't want us doing a Leeds.

Fear to oppose seems to be the problem. Doesn't help Sharpy, Moyes etc all backing Bill and dismissing the opposers

we will never ever see an everton takeover in any of our lifetimes.

It'll happen in the next ten years, for a number of reasons. Kenwright, Woods, Green and Earl are not young men. They're all heading north into their seventies and that'll shake out a couple you'd expect who'll cut and run on their involvement; the stadium situation wont be allowed to run for another decade; Moyes - the human shield - wont be here more than another four years; not even some of the serf-like of Evertonians will be prerpared to see the club go almost 30 years since winning a trophy.

It''l happen. Maybe not in the next two or three seasons, but it will happen. Things always happen. Even Earl's taking up of Gregg's shares 5 or 6 years ago was a big step change. It'd happen more quickly if people were prepared to hit them where it hurts though.

This is why any criticism of KEIOC or the BU gets on my nerves. Even if they do everything the wrong way round they are still trying to do something.

Most have bought the plucky little Everton myth on the back of a poor decade and a barrel of porkies and are scared stiff to change a manager or achairman so poor he makes me look back at Johnson with a degree of sympathy.

Watch if the inevitable happens. There will be about 30,000 claiming they were at them marches.

There is no economic or investment case for buying Everton based on the reported valuation of the club - regardless of how wealthy the potential purchaser of the club is.

The blame for the continued stagnation of a potentially great club lies fairly and squarely with the Board. Until such a time as a realistic valuation is put on the equity of the club we will not have new owners.

In the meantime we will have to rely on the squad and manager to punch above their weight in maintaining a 6/7/8th place finish and a couple of decent cup runs.

The greatest limitation to our ambitions and achievements are our Board, until that changes what we achieve and aim for will not.

Sort of agree, but why should the board do anything other than hold out for as long as they want till their huge payoff arrives?

It's a steady ship with 30 odd thousand paying every week to sit and talk about the latest x box or how pissed they get in Magaluf and the TV money is guaranteed. It's a very straightforward business if you don't do anything daft like show ambition.

Fans might call it stagnation but from the boardroom they just see people turning up, clapping Kenwright, ignoring calls to protest calling malcontents koppites and piss themselves laughing.

The truth is it's the fan's fault for being so dopey in allowing BK/DM & co unfettered control - the fact AGMs were knocked on the head tells you everything about these peoples attitude.

It's a false premise that the Board can continue to sit and do nothing yet still expect to get a great pay day. Every day we fall further behind our rivals and the further we fall behind the greater the investment required to catch up. Furthermore we consistently lose money which further detracts investors from buying at a premium.

In business you can never afford to sit still because in doing so you fall behind your competitors. The fact is that this Board is destroying the equity value of their and our shares whilst hanging on for a completely irrational valuation. The longer they hang on the less the chance of them achieving their objectives and we the fans, ours.

It is commercial madness!
