Hi Dell

I control a top 100 major venture capital business you will defintely have heard of, and hold an Oxbridge law degree and MBA. I would just like to support your view that supporters should stop interfering in the club's business affairs, chill out and learn to enjoy the minor successes we achieve as the club drifts towards oblivion.

Great stuff! I look forward to discussing relevant facts and contingency plans with you whenever you have a moment.

Trevor Birch used to be our head executive and he claims the asking price is 150 million, Charles Green has bought a british football club recently and he claims the asking price is more than that. We're not talking guys off the street coming up with these figures.

And more than ten premier league football clubs make more money on sponsorship then we do. It's not like we're just getting worse deals than man U and liverpool. We shouldn't be stuck back in 11th in that sort or thing. There just aren't ten bigger clubs in the country.

I agree that the baord has to take some credit for our on pitch success because they hired and stuck by every single person working at the club. So their success is at least partly the board's success. But our on pitch success isn't exactly legendary. No trophies, an average league position of 7th. It's not exactly the glory days. Combine that with our debt and losses and the lack of stadium improvement and I do think the club hasn't improved much.

"improved much" or not at all?

Re 11th for commercial income I can't find the stats but some are obviously ahead of us:

1. Man Utd
2. Man City
3. Chelsea
4. Arsenal
5. Spurs
6. Liverpool

It pains me that we're not in that list and presumably the likes of Newcastle, Villa are ahead as well. Not sure how the rest is broken down in terms of matchday income/sponsorship. Can you link some stats?

Everton meanwhile are making 2.6 million from our shirt deal.

Our total income in 2012 was 80.5 million. Of which 7.1 million was sponsership.

According to the guardian here. fhat puts us behind what West Ham, Arsenal, Villa, Chelsea, Liverpool, newcastle, both Manc Clubs & Tottenham made in 2011. In 2012 Sunderland and Fulham have caught up and overtaken us too (judging by their own accounts).

But who are our "rivals" that you compare us to? I do think the club's senior staff are doing their best but from a business/marketing perspective, our "offer" is poor compared to most.

With regards viable offers for the club I just cannot believe if, over a 10 year period, there were a host of people who'd done their due diligence and said to Kenwright "look Bill here's £40m based on these comparables and this profit/loss calculation and this view of future TV money" only to be told "sorry mate, it's £150m or bugger off" that nothing - NOTHING - would ever get out. Just wouldn't happen.

The club has not been profitable granted. But that isn't the sole objective is it?

I've never said we don't need a takeover. I would welcome new investment into my club.

Also I'm not going to go overboard in the praise of the board. In my opinion, the club is better now than it was 11 years ago. I believe, as a business, it is worth more now than it was then (crap in an average league against competitive in the global branded Premiership world).

And I am not happy to be without a trophy for 17 years. Not at all and have never said as much.

If there was a single viable interested party in the club I'd gladly offer it support. What I don't agree with is trying to destablise a club when there's no such party waiting in the wings (as far as I know).

The due diligence thing is a check that details of the "deal" are as presented, it clearly never gets that far.

Bill and co reputedly take no money out of EFC and as the company loses cash what on earth is in it for them?

Bill buys more shares whenever available and in large volume, it just doesn't add up investing in a company losing money the way EFC is - yet he's buying like it's gold. if we were winning trophies or perennial CL qualifiers I'd buy the "benevolent fan" routine but we're not. In fact we're about to equal the worst period in the club's history.

It's the act of a businessman knowing he's on a sure fire winner, only he knows the veracity and number of enquiries this club receives. His actions suggest they are plentiful and genuine, just not on the terms he wants.

A quick google search was all it took.

http://www.keioc.net/index.php?page=kirkby-our-view

Effectively free. No mention of 75 million.(y)

Your seriously using Keioc as your source, I really think you guys weren't around during the enquiry, asking an honest question here of the whole forum, on what planet did anyone state or believe the stadium was free, if you did or Keioc did - then you were seriously not up to speed with what was going on, you remember, naming rights and selling goodison right!

God there is a whole thread on the thing talking about the 75 mill commitment at the time.

You've lost me a bit here. I asked you which bits arent truthful.

They've backed all of their points with links to articles so people can read the lies. It's all there in black and white.

Wrong u listed two points in a big article of accusations and asked me did I think they were truthfull, I didn't and gave my reasons why!

There class a spoofers, who don't know the difference between liability and debt.

There's a shortage of cash. Agreed. But what could/should the board do that would make a significant difference?

Also, in respect of "biggest debt", would be interested to see if that's true historically relative to turnover/income.

SELL TO SOMEONE WHO HAS SOME MONEY FFS!

The club is:

Off the field: Biggest debt in the club's history. Making a loss every year. Doesn't own it's own training ground. In a stadium the board itself says is outdated.

On the field: Being out spent by 16 other english clubs. Enduring the joint longest trophy droubt in our proud history. Selling a player every year.

check mate

Are you on a wind up?

Every single point listed on the site was backed up with a link to the lies so people could read it.

Go back and read it. But properly this time.
Then tell me which bits aren't truthful.

It's not about selling the club to someone. It's about selling the club brand to millions. Our Commercial activities have been crap for over 40 years and are disgraceful for a club with our heritage. I've said it for years, spend the money on a first class commercial development team and they will make the money to buy a decent football team......

Agree - I would love to take over over our commercial operations, so much potential, sadly not realised
