Just for you Capra hircus

Ive got facts for you mate.

The debt of the Football Club has tripled since he "rescued" us from Johnson, this in a time were the Premier League is the richest League in the world and yet we pay more for debt than we do to sign players.

And what about debt as a proportion of turnover? That's the only figure that counts. I believe it's in this thread already and I've shown it to go down. And next year it'll be even less with the extra TV money.

Yes we've taken on debt to stay competitive - in the absence of new cash from outside - we've had no choice.

I'm happy with that decision.

We dont own our training ground, we hire it for over 1m per Season and will continue to do that for the next 50 Years.

We did a sale and leaseback. In the absence of a mega-rich owner it was a good deal. PLCs up and down the country have been doing sale and leasebacks for the last 20+ years. Nothing to see here.

We dont own the rights to sell our own shirt.

We dont own the rights to sell our own food.

I TRUST the commercial bods at the club to try and do the best they can for the club. What makes you think they are deliberately trying to do a crap job? What have you got on your CV that says you know more about these type of deals?

We cant even build an annexe cos we dont own the land.

We do own the land. The project became complicated. **** happens. Would you rather they didn't try?

Kings Dock.

Don't know the full detail but agree it was a massive missed opportunity.

Desperation Kirkby.

I was against Kirkby from day one.

Fortress Sports Fund.

Don't know the full detail so can't comment.

NTL

I understood the failure of NTL hurt a lot of clubs.

Facts lad.

I'm not your lad. Thanks.

Yeah, he really does. He has caused the biggest split in the Everton fanbase since John Houlding ( Destination Kirkby )

Oh that's a whopper and no denying it.

Kenwright caused a split?

Bollocks.

Firstly it's not a split.

I personally think about 90% of the fans either support Kenwright, tolerate him or just don't want to get involved. The remaining 10% are against him.

Secondly if the Blue Union just had an ounce of intelligence then they'd have been able to manage the whole situation ten times better. The BU caused the split you talk about.

When Kenwright took over we had £20m net of assets on the balance sheet. We now have net liabilities of £44m.

KENWRIGHT IS ACE. DOING A BOSS JOB IS BLUE WILLIAM.

Am fairly sure debt as a proportion of turnover has gone down. And will be much lower still next year.

We took a mortgage out on Goodison. It's being paid off. I'm fairly sure the previous debt under Johnson would have had to be secured on something.

You cannot look at Finch Farm simply as selling an asset. Far too simplistic.

How dare he sack a manager every year . How dare he spend a **** load of money and cant even make the champions league . Its bad news

Just for one second do you want to think about the morals behind Abramovich's money? Former communist state sells off its national utility assets at discount prices - with little or no scrutiny - at a time of political meltdown.

To say the very least it is unethical.

Whereas watching a load of footballers kick a ball around while getting paid tens of thousands is totally ethical.

We infact sold an Asset, Bellefield, used the money to pay off debt and now currently lease a training ground.

Simple?

No. It's far from simple like you make out.

We needed a new training ground. We're skint. Any money we have goes to Moyes and the players.

What would you have done?

That post doesn't make any sense at all!

Abram the man raped his country. If it had happened here the unions and every single person with a socialist sonscience would have been up in arms and rightly so.

What the great unwashed do with their leisure time is hardly comparable.

Not wasted Millions on some failed Kirkby Stadium and used that money to build a training ground.

OR

Used the Bellefield money to build a new training ground, after not wasting millions and running up debt on a failed stadium in Kirkby.
