- Greed and/or outside influence pricing the value of the club so highly that would-be buyers stay away.
- Turned down Sheik Mansour's enquiry to buy.

What a legacy Kenwright continues to build. Only thing left for him now is to take us down, by making a terrible managerial appointment. He struck lucky with Moyes, the chances of him striking lucky again are remote.
