Bullocks 72 points more than merits 5th place as a unlucky minimum. We only finished 5th because man u and spurs had really poor season's we could have easily finished 7th or 8th we need investment

Putting aside a discussion on player trading and transfers, exactly what has been invested into the fabric of Everton FC by the current board?
Genuine question?
Lad, I,m not really arsed what you have to say go tell it to the TEF forum. Your done here.
erm?
we have sold everthing we once owned apart from goodison.
and nothing put in.
Finch farm,we cannot compete in the transfer market with city's Chelsea's and utd's of this world, we must produce our own,and that is exactly what we are doing.
Long may it continue.
God, it's all to predictable that this was bumped after the successful footie was over, trying to snare a few week minded.....bumping this at this time of the year is a bit opportunistic and sad, like the blue union calling of all there marches when we started winning games!
Another desperate meaningless 'jibe' from a former agitator whose locker is empty.
Do we think we are making slow progress to insolvency and liquidation??
Sell and lease back is exactly what 'big companies' do to create usable cash flow.nd its exactly what Everton have done as well.Just a shame we produce our own from a property we don't own.
Oh I know, all big companies lease stuff etc etc etc argument. But those big companies don't sell the lands they own to get some cash flow on the books to survive. Finch farm is commercially not a great deal in my book, but then again the majority of the deals we have are poor compared to our peers we consistently finish higher than in the league.

Why so defensive lads...weak minded.....opportunistic......desperate ? Little wonder the moderators despair.
