No mate, it,s not personal, It,s about the club and part of that process is understanding when you need change. Bills legacey is for him to mull over from my perspective the last time I saw us win silverware was in the same 100+ Year football ground before this owner and board showed up. Since then this league has seen money flow through it like never before, i am still sitting in the same ground waiting for silverware and watching good players get sold, a stadium get older with each and every passing year for the last 15 years.

Putting aside your dislike for Bill, what exactly do you think would attract a new owner to Everton? If you were looking for a club to buy and were presented with us, would you buy it?

Have we not got a new training ground that's state of the art? Have we been put in administration? Has the club not made real progress on a consistent basis?

The council own a training ground that we rent off them, having previously sold the land off ourselves. We own very little.

It,s owned by the council, they probabley cut our grass at FF which is good for us as it stays out of the OOC !

I think the club actually being for sale would be the first thing to attract me.

Someone provide me with proof that the club is not for sale, by which I don't just mean tell me "Oh well it hasn't sold for 15 years so it can't be for sale"

If I stuck my house on the market and it was crumbling down then there's a fair chance I wouldn't sell that either, but it's still up for sale.

Only if you provide us with actual proof that the club is for sale.

And not just a media sound bite from Kenwright, Keith Harris or Orville from the last 3 years.

I seen a pic of goodison in the Rightmove magazine. Price - TBC.

What more can you ask for? I contacted RightMove who stated that they believe 47% of their readership are arabian billionaires!

You can't ask for more really!

That's the problem, try proving one way or the other that it is or isn't for sale, I choose to believe it is, others choose not to.

As for Orville, if he's played any part in a potential sale then I have every confidence.

But, and do correct me if I am wrong, didn't Kenwright's side kick state at the Kirkby enquiry that the club had not been put up for sale?

Anyone else care to clarify that?

I don't believe for one minute we are waiting for the right owners, the only criteria that matters is " meet the asking price "

If he is protecting us from bad people who want to make a quick buck, i give you Robert Earl who we have not heard from since the Kirkby shambles.

you would get a buyer just someone with business/property sense looking for a bargain. You wouldnt get top dollar for it as its in a poor state but try telling that to 150 million kenwright and co
