A few years ago, the day we sold Beckford, Arteta, Yakubu and Vaughan on deadline day, we were told that the wage bill was too high and needed trimming? correct me if I am wrong.

Go forward a few years, negative spends in every window still, a lot of the alleged top earners gone, TV revenues increased significantly, yet still no money knocking about.

Surely there has to come a point where even the "no foul work afoot" guys need to start questioning stuff?

seeing as thou you're sooooooooo ITK.

Can you please explain the 25% OOC to me. I'm that thick i don't understand it.

Then can you explain the -0 net spend over 10 years and the debt still gets bigger even thou the TV money get larger.

can't wait for this bit of genius that's going to make everything clear.

@stevewigan you could have a go at this to...

Wow......

Just went very quiet from the clappers.

I'm still waiting?

Just want a honest answer to my question.

Or........

'I can't explain'

And we're all in that boat!!!

I doubt they are taking money out of the club illegally, as I would hope that the auditors would pick it up during the year-end audit.
If they are taking money out of the club legitimately, then the next question we have ask: 'Are they doing it in the best interest of the club, as a directors primary duty should be to act in the best interest of the club.'
If they are charging exuberate interest rates on related party loans (which may or may not be the case), declaring dividends out of profits (even though that money could be re-invested back into the club for use where it is needed), or paying themselves ridiculous directors emoluments (not by way of a salary, as I assume this has to be market related) but by way of bonuses or other incentives or fringe benefits, then we can arrive at the likely conclusion that they are only looking out for their own interests and not for the betterment of the club.

Where have I professed to be ITK?

I'm still waiting for the explanation behind the 'facts' that you're 'standing behind' btw

I'll save you the trouble of flouncing around it any further, as you haven't got anything to back up that assertion - and that is a fact mate.

As for the OOC's, they're on a par with other clubs of our size. The debt situation is clearly defined in the accounts, and the wage bill was where most of the incremental TV cash has gone over recent years - same as every other PL club. It aint complicated and it's certainly not a conspiracy. It is what it is.

So you answered zero of that...

Didn't ask anything about other clubs.

So like the rest of us, you have no clue what so ever. But deflect with nonsense.

By any chance, are you a politician?

I answered your question, but you still avoided going anywhere near mine - par for the course.

As I think you were probably right in your previous post......

I'll leave it there.

Your done that's why. All the arguments you have come down to the FACT, you haven't got a clue.

Bills got himself into this mess, with poor mismanagement. And he's got nowhere to go.....

And yet he holds on to the club for dear life. He will strangle the life out of us, if something doesn't give soon.

LOL, I'd not even started lad, as you couldn't come back with a single attempt to justify the original comment that I took issue with, nor the Vibrac point. As you had precisely nothing.....

What 'mess' is Kenwright in btw? As he's now running a club that broke even last year and has just seen it's income rise by £34m this year. You really do need to keep up....

The mess that is Everton owning nothing...absolutely nothing. TV money, season tickets all mortgaged off. An the fact we keep on taking out loans, even thou we've broken even, and the income has income raised....

Kenwright just been lucky the the tv money is so good....if it had stagnated, he'd be right up [Poor language removed] street now.

You haven't given any evidence of any wrongdoing. You're simply repeating the mantra of OOC and happy clappers.

I don't disagree that things need to change, but you have failed to present any evidence and then claim victory when opponents fail to do the same. As it is impossible to prove a negative, the burden of proof resides on the side of the one asserting a claim. You are asserting wrongdoing, and as such, the burden of proof lives with you.

If you want change, you must make a case for why that change must occur. Not simply respond with repetitive arguments. We understand your thesis, now support it.

If your claim is simply that Everton need to be run more efficiently, then we agree. If your claim is that the board are involved in nefarious malpractices, then you must prove it.

Just look at all the evidence at what's gone/going on. It's pretty obvious to me. As for claiming victory. There's no victory here, the way my club is being ran.

You ask for evidence...

Ye iv got emails an paperwork from my PI who was over in the BVI the other day. He broke into goodison late last night an tapped a phone to. What do you expect?

I know what I know, an what I've been told. I suppose we all have our opinions. No matter what, we need Kenwright out.

If the whole of your argument is based on the word 'lie' , you could go on to any club forum in the Prem and stir things up equally badly. I suspect you would really like Saint Peter to run Everton. Using the law of the land, and staying within the law to achieve an aim in business is simply that...business.

"5) Skewed a fans vote on moving to Kirkby by utter bull about the stadium being world class and effectively free"

Is it incorrect/opinion that the project was not world class/free ? Or is it good business practice to deceive the customers/supporters and therefore OK ?
