It existed but never materialised - it never was going to, as you say it was a "means to an end", so yet again Bill misled shareholders, fans and the media....i.e. your hero lied once again.
By far the better option than allowing the club to fall into Greggs hands ...by now we could have been Sheffield Wednesday. If the whole of your argument is based on the word 'lie' , you could go on to any club forum in the Prem and stir things up equally badly. I suspect you would really like Saint Peter to run Everton. If a schoolboy says to his teacher 'I didn't punch that boy', and he did, thats a lie. Using the law of the land, and staying within the law to achieve an aim in business is simply that...business.

Again Steve you make a point in that Bill wanted Gregg out because Gregg wasnt "interested" yet he brings in Green who also isnt interested
strange move dont you think?

Gregg had fallen out with Bill, and wanted Everton. Green has never wanted to get involved(directly) in a football club, and if he did, it wouldn't be Everton. At one point Gregg earned a fortune as a result of Bills shows, they were close business aquaintances. Phil Green is a family friend and to all intents and purposes offers 'advice'...presumably on financial matters. See earlier in the thread for my detailed opinion on whether any of Greens money finds its way to Everton.

Not to mention Robert Earl....
You can mention Robert Earl if you like....Bill wanted someone to buy Greggs shares, Green probably introduced him to Earl( I suspect, truthfully, that Bill may have already known of Earl, through Earls father). Bill then 'sold' the DK 'show' to Earl, in particular the retail opportunity, and Earl bought in. When DK was binned, Earl lost all interest and simply wants as much profit on his investment as he can get. Earl could actually be the stumbling block when we talk about the club being sold. In the end he'll only get whatever a buyer is prepared to pay.

Well we agree on something then. An while he waits for the profit on his investment. He takes a nice tidy sum from our profits every year. i.e the black hole (OOC)

And remember all this is done through Kenwright, and his brilliant business mind.

Seriously. you need to stop posting bilge like that, without substantiating it, it's totally out of order, as you're saying there's fraud occurring as if it's 'fact'.

SO are you telling me its wrong.

Are you saying that Earl, who has no intrest in Everton at all, has stumped up all this cash for bill an sits there and takes nothing? Really, is that what you're sayin?

I think he is saying that he/they are doing nothing illegal.

It's YOU that's making statements that a board member is apparently committing fraud - which by definition would need the knowledge and assistance of other board members / senior management in order to facilitate it, so you're accusing the entire clubs hierarchy of fraud.

So, I'm openly calling you out on it. As I'm sick to death of reading accusations of blatant fraud going unchallenged. Please explain how this OOC fraud manifests itself and what evidence that you have of it please.

Thanks in advance

But aren't shareholders entitled to a yearly dividend?
(Assuming that the club is making a profit and that the board voted yes on it?)

Ok....

So what about these loans we get from the VIBRAC at hugely inflated rates. Supposedly from a board member. Is this OK?

But i'll take it, that's just coincidence hey!!

Hugely inflated rates? Seeing as you're patently an expert in this field, what rate would a business like EFC expect to pay for a loan in the current market then?

.....and the evidence that VIBRAC is actually owned by a board member is what exactly?

Also, I assume that you do realise that Vibrac also have similar arrangements with Fulham, West Ham and Southampton don't you? Is the same fella on all of their boards as well like?

Careful what BS you swallow fella, as Blue Bill isn't the only one who tells porkies............
