Ok....

So what about these loans we get from the VIBRAC at hugely inflated rates. Supposedly from a board member. Is this OK?

But i'll take it, that's just coincidence hey!!

No, I am sure Earl is tied up in those, meaning I recall reading something ages ago about them. But debt repayment to a creditor is a billion miles away from fraud.

And the rates probably reflected the clubs credit worthiness/ability to asset back them, at the time.

Earl also provided personal guarantees to the banks when he first came in.

Now that in no way means I like him, the situation we are in, or a host of other issues, just that allegations of fraud are a bit near the knuckle.

Can anyone please go back and look through the thread an point me in the direction were in mentioned the word 'Fraud'

It's others who have said this. iv just said he's taking big slices of money from the club, which i stand by..

What you're standing by as 'fact' would be fraud - pure and simple, so you're accusing them of fraud by definition, without a shred of evidence to back it up.

CBA mate! Will believe you.

If this continues they will end up with the club they deserve.

Another chuck away sound bite that....

Explain exactly, how not accepting someone posting unsubstantiated rot about Directors supposedly syphoning cash from EFC on the sly, means that I'm somehow going to create the club that I 'deserve'. As it makes zero sense to me.

You can mention Robert Earl if you like....Bill wanted someone to buy Greggs shares, Green probably introduced him to Earl( I suspect, truthfully, that Bill may have already known of Earl, through Earls father). Bill then 'sold' the DK 'show' to Earl, in particular the retail opportunity, and Earl bought in. When DK was binned, Earl lost all interest and simply wants as much profit on his investment as he can get. Earl could actually be the stumbling block when we talk about the club being sold. In the end he'll only get whatever a buyer is prepared to pay.

This is quite alarming when you read into it properly. That's if of course presuming what Steve has written is actually true.

In summary, Bill sold a stake of the club to a complete charlatan who's only real interest was making vast sums of money off the back of the DK vision, despite that project being severely flawed, and now that man could actually be a reason for the club not being sold and somebody actually being able to push the club on financially.

Yet, some people still use the old saying "be careful what you wish for".....could we have wished for anything less dreadful than this?

Another in the long line of Bill's great moments?

seeing as thou you're sooooooooo ITK.

Can you please explain the 25% OOC to me. I'm that thick i don't understand it.

Then can you explain the -0 net spend over 10 years and the debt still gets bigger even thou the TV money get larger.

can't wait for this bit of genius that's going to make everything clear.

@stevewigan you could have a go at this to...

Well Earl bought Greggs shares, so Bill sold him nothing. And if a buyer offered a price that all the other shareholders accepted, then pretty sure that Earl could do nothing about it.

Might be wrong I guess, a certain % may need to agree, not just a majority.
