The Everton Board Thread

It's been MSP 'subject to' for a long time hasn't it?

As soon as the season concludes, we'll see movement and change at boardroom.

Absolutely no chance the existing board could continue from their statement prior Southampton. Absolutely untenable. I'd like to see the back of a few in Comms as well - basically anyone who was involved in the campaign/effort to undermine/tarnish Everton fans for their own good. Make no mistake, it happened. And for those who had any doubt - Ian Wright/Jamie Carragher etc confirmed it.

Significant change is needed, and that's not in that boardroom.

Forget ESK!
I want to hear more from @BeardedScotsman lol
MSP will have 7 seats on the board. Will be the majority voting interest from day one.

777 bid was always tied to us going down. They buy distressed assets.

MSP capital calls happened yesterday. The money has been called in from the investors.

45% stake but 7 seats. MSP full ownership over 3 years with 3 payments.

25% stake with a preferential share structure, not equity in the club. So would be paid back with interest.

No idea what that means

I guarantee there will be no takeover or investment by Monday.
What a GINORMOUS surprise.

Sounds very much like new fabricated stories today to cover for the "it'll be done by Monday guaranteed" lies from last week, making it look like there is progression to the story when really nobody in the media has the inside scoop at all.

Next it'll be "hitch in MSP's Everton deal", as soon as somebody is brave enough to spout another rumour with confidence they'll all be back with "new parties interested in Everton investment".

Terms and conditions of ANY deal (investment or takeover) will obviously be dependent on whether or not we stay up.
So we are definitely not going to hear anything concrete until next Monday at the VERY earliest.

Hard to get in any way excited by this. Moshiri has shown us over the last 7 years that if there is a wrong decision to be made, he will make it. I’ve absolutely zero faith that if he thinks this is a good deal then it will turn out to be a good deal. He’s the football club owner equivalent of that Simpsons scene with Sideshow Bob standing on rake after rake.
