Investors often go on to acquire a greater share in the club, as he did with us previously, as Kroenke did at Arsenal etc. And if he dilutes it so he’s left with less than 50% then he’s effectively sold the club anyway, as he can no longer dictate how it’s run.Moshiri isn’t selling anything, if what the Esk is saying is true then as an example Moshiri owns 97% and 13k shares MSP are going to be issued 14k shares meaning they own more then 50.1% if the club but Moshiri still has his 13k shares but down to 48.1%
