The worry is that their will undoubtedly many good , capable people working in less senior roles at the club being let down by the leadership.

Without a doubt. I suspect with the total chaos at the top there are people a tier or two down doing brilliant work just to spin the plates and keep the lights on. Hopefully a clean sweep of failing management will enable those people to get to the positions they deserve to be in.
