Without a doubt. I suspect with the total chaos at the top there are people a tier or two down doing brilliant work just to spin the plates and keep the lights on. Hopefully a clean sweep of failing management will enable those people to get to the positions they deserve to be in.

Its actually disgraceful the more you think about it.

Your employer has three of the leadership resign immediately and promised some interim appointments within 48 hours.

For those staff who may be worried about the repercussions of such a significant change to leave it over the weekend without so much as an apology over lack of update is pathetic.

I would be a little more laid back if there was any movement of players.
Knowing that any such activity won't happen till after this hot mess of board room shenanigans has reached the end game is a tad concerning.

I think for me, it’s maybe just a bit of compartmentalising to try and put the stress of the last 2 seasons behind me.

It’s been hellish for all of us, and I’d rather just box Everton up for a bit so I don’t have to be worried about them.
