Any idiot can make money from being given a mobile phone license and mining rights in a country the size of Russia. The reason an accountant is needed is to be able to cover up where the bribes are going and the embezzlement. These resources should be the property of the Russian people, many of whom are living a life of misery and starvation. But hey, if you like the extreme Tory stance of trampling on the working class then that's your call. Personally, I think the actions of Usmanov and Moshiri in Russia are disgusting, and defending them is something I would not be proud of

The same Moshiri who is a chartered accountant, worked for some of the biggest accountancy firms in the world and who eventually met Usmanov and guided him into making some excellent investments.

Funny how no one on here cared about Moshiri's source of money until Boris Johnson brainwashed people with his cold war rhetoric into believing all Russians are evil (the same Johnson who's Tory party is swilling in Russian money).
