If you're talking about nepotism then of course but Moshiri hasn't inherited money he's made his billions through grafting and has invested an awful lot of that dough into Everton Football Club and deserves a level of respect rather than be abused by layabouts on the internet.

You have a man like Peteblue who's ran corporations, ran entertainment venues, a man who knows his onions yet man dont want to listen as man ego too big.

Moshiri made Usmanov a lot of money in business/investments and was rewarded handsomely as a result of it.

I reckon that if you were given mobile phone licenses and mineral mines you would make billions out of it. You could mess up on a huge scale and still come out smelling of roses with a hell of a lot of cash.

I’ve not really paid any attention to what’s been happening since the Bournemouth match.

From skim reading a couple pages of this thread it seems we got rid of the board (bar kenwright) and some yanks called MSP are buying us ? Is that all correct ?

Are we happy about being taken over by yanks ? Are they good yanks or bad yanks ?

Because he’s an accountant, he’s automatically clever enough to run a football business even though we’ve lost hundreds of millions.

Yes he clearly intelligent for one he an accountant an as my sister one I know how hard it is to become one and being one’s a stressful job an require a lot of hard work to work your way up. Clearly he impressed Usmanov and ended up becoming friends with him, I’d be Suprised if Usmanov has many close friends.
He made mistake at Everton know doubt and Kenwright being the main one, we have no idea what deals are/where in place when he took over. He done something Kenwright never did and put his hand in his pocket, he also given us the ability to build a brand new stadium that we desperately need. Again something Kenwright never did.
I agree the money been spent awful and some terrible choice of manager have been made but I’m sure it can easily be fixed and improved if we employ the right people to run the club instead of the muppets we have now.
I put full blame on the board, they run the club they agreed deals on and off the field, they have totally failed the club

Usmanov was given the means to make a lot of money.

Moshiri used his accounting/business knowledge and made Usmanov a lot of money and was gifted billions as a result of that.

They’re yanks and they haven’t taken over yet as it’s seemingly too complicated to take over a board that can’t attend the home games of the club they control. The ending of this story isn’t going to be happy yet again I feel!
