So we have got 4 new board members. 2 who are internal appointments (promotions with a failing business), 1 who is the owner which gives him the potential to do what the glasier family done at Man Utd (get a nice we directors remuneration) as a company losing money doesn't have dividend to pay out. and the 4th is an Accounts who has worked with Moshiri before, but he is a evertonian so it is ok. So once the MSP capital member join we will have Moshiri and 4 yes men against 2 of them??

His days are numbered as chairman, these board ones are just interim. Once the investment is sorted changes will be made.

Kenwright will still be involved even when MSP join.

You’ve just said his days are numbered, and then said he’s staying on?

Wow, your perception and knowledge of these business affairs leaves me trailing in your wake. A Donegal business man ?

It's no surprise really is it.

All this should have been organised months ago. But no, as usual, they wait for things to develop and then try to figure out a way to proceed. And that way to proceed usually just happens to be the most convenient course of action that takes the least effort, knowledge, or skill.

Absolute shambles.
