The Everton Board Thread

So has this board been appointed by moshiri then? If decision making in the boardroom is by show of hands does this mean kenwright can be out voted now. Is he little more than just a figurehead now? Would the decision to keep kenwright on be seen as a good one in the business and investment world. Would it be seen as stability and continuity? I just want him gone now. Im not having it that moshiri is appointing himself to the board in a non executive role either. Right im off to practice my headlocks.

It’s Colin Chong I feel sorry for, doing a great job on the stadium and now dragged into the overall mire of the club.
I wonder how long he’ll last?
He gets sacked or resigns from board and we lose a perfectly good stadium manger too

I’m baffled how Moshiri can be a non-executive director if he owns the business?

Putting him in the firing line. The fans protest against the board and the club will point to the fans being happy with him delivering the stadium.
Good point, but I think they tried that with Sharpie and we all saw through it, and he’s ended up being the fall guy

We all know MSP will get seats on the board....untill that has been sorted on their side, its a legal requirement to have minimum board members.

NOt sure what people expect right now.
You only need one director. As Billy gobshite 8s staying, there was no need to appoint other interim directors, only to be replaced in a matter of weeks. I think this is moshiri retaining control in the boardroom.
