They'll be given a few years grace to adjust before rules are implemented.

We've lost a lot of big earners off the books in the last 18 months or so and will lose Allan, Mina, Gomes, Townie and Rondon on top in the coming season or so.

I imagine after Thelwells wage structure is implemented in 18-24 months time our wage ratio will have significantly dropped.

Getting high wage earner off the books will help a lot. However, it would also help a lot under the old FFP rules, and I do not see how the new rules are more beneficial to Everton than the old rules. If anything, the are worse, because a 70% threshold for both wages and amortisation (etc) is pretty tight and Everton have never been close to that during Mosh’s reign.

It won't the be spilt, it will be spat out believe me and I can not believe you want this, another overpaid, arrogant top six cast off that's too old to get better and will think he's doing us a favour to inflate our wage bill. We need young hungry up and coming talent, that will still have legs a year later.
