Genius plan. I'd love to know where exactly we magically find this £100m. Would have come in handy in the last window, or the one before that.
Borrow against next years TV money if they have to. Take out a loan.

We've only just started moving back from the ledge of P&S sanctions, I'm not sure plopping another £100m of debt on to our accounts is the best idea (plus, I'm pretty certain Wonga wont let you have that much, even with Mick Keane and a signed Blue Bill photo offered as collateral).

Farhad is a billionaire businessman who owns about 94% of the club. Until he choses to move on, the ownership will not be changing hands no matter how many wishes people make. That's just reality.
Even if there were new owners, the current rules don't allow for endless pumping in of cash like previous eras (plus we've already proven that approach is no guarantee of progress). Our commercial scope is a long, long way behind the big boys, no matter whose bottle-necked billions sit at the top.
Empty threats. The club basically laughed at it and the PL were never punishing Everton (bad for the brand). Burnley tried to get a few quid out of us but quickly backed off.
