No, if it was Bill's fault it would of happened when he owned the club.
We used to moan about being 7th under Kenwright, being 6th under Kenwright, being 5th under Kenwright, only getting to a FA Cup final under Kenwright, playing in Europe for several seasons under Kenwright, we used to moan about that.
This is on a whole different level.

We did because of the way Kings Dock was handled,
because of the way Rooney was handled.
Because of the inability to find the investment to back a manager and team ready to step up to the top level.
Because of the way Kirkby was handled
And any number of smaller things like the failed park end development

Kenwrights tenure as owner was saved by convincing Evertonians that having a manager and team that never won a thing was in fact "good times".

What saddens me is that there are people like you who would defend Kenwright even if we were playing Northampton in the third division.
It's been this way for 20 years. He's infallible, made of teflon.
And whenever there is a lot of hype online about wanting him gone, he always seems to have decent support at Goodison.
There are plenty of fans like you and I have to say, I just don't understand it.
 
No shock, since Blue Bill has been on the board, we’ve won 1 trophy.

Since Bill took over, he has got incredibly lucky in well, everything!

Wanted Megson, forced into Moyes. Sold our prize piece for a total sum of £22m (+Gibson, Saha), because we were going under.

DBB, Sharp on the board are indicators that we won’t change until we get a huge overhaul. The board need to go.

Your statement seems to conveniently forget that for 12 years prior to Moshiri, other clubs had seen major investment and new grounds. Meanwhile we fell further and further behind as Kenwright could not, understandably find an investor daft enough to let hiom remain at the helm, During this period he told us lies and lacked integrity regarding Kirkby and Robert Earle/Philip Green.

The end result is that we were needing urgent development when Moshiri came in but he failed to protect his investment and appoint a competent Board/CEO which remains the position today.

Prior to Moshiri we also didnt see back to back relegation fights, with this one being a lot more dangerous then the last

Furthr behind who? Sunderland? Blackburn? Villa? West Ham? Newcastle...etc who all got relegated at some point

Earle and Green.... not as sketchy as Usmanov an his Nephew being on the board

Dear me, I am amazed you cannot see that the decay was cumulative and the majority of it took place under BKs watch. None of the teams you mention has the pedigree of EFC. As for your support of Earle and Green being less sketchy, that is your opinion and again you fail to recognise the significant publicity given to Green's social activities.

Finally, I cannot see how making a mistake or bordering on being incompetent, reflects that you are a bad man. The mistake may be naive. I would agrree that this was detrimental.

I do not intend to take this any further as your views appear to be rigid in their beliefs.

He was on the board for both relegation fights in the 90's
He was chairman and owner when Moyes finished 17th and Smith stank the place out.
He was chairman last season and stood by while the owner appointed Benitez.
He's still there this year.

You keep talking about Everton pre Moshiri.
Take a look at Everton pre Kenwright.

Take a look at Everton pre Kenwright. ???? What, you serious, twice we had to get results going our way to stay up, the club was an absolute irrelivance under Johnson, when he bought us nobody else was interested, if he didnt do that we dont stay a top flight side
