So if the losses haven’t stopped we will be subject to a penalty? Are any other clubs due a penalty? People make these claims but all we see is further expenditure and further losses throughout the premier league.

Its a 3 year rolling period mate, with all sorts of stuff allowed to contribute to "losses". For us, we needed to have last years accounting loss reduced, to avoid a sanction, hence the Richy sale being done on the 31st July, to lob that £50m in last years accounts.

So, if we continue in a similar vein for the next 3 years, we could be in trouble. Cos we cant use covid, Richy, and the loss of USM twice. Thats why many think Moshiri will sell once BMD is done. PL existence hence, is a bit important.

The slate does not get wiped clean after a sale, but some stuff (dont ask me what) kinda gets reset.

They don’t perform any proper job, they just have fake part-time roles where they only get involved if they absolutely have to. We’re the absolute epitome of a jobs-for-the-boys culture within an organisation.

Downright unqualified people in senior positions appointed purely on the basis of their friendship with Boys Pen Bill (who himself should have been unceremoniously punted from his role as soon as the club was bought by Moshiri).
