The main blame for our shambolic performances is down to the managers and players. If Frank can't stop this rot today then he'll be on his bike I think. I'm gutted as I really like the fella but his results are just not good enough. He has one last chance to fix it. The thought of another manager and his team coming in is terrifying but may well be necessary. I really don't like the toxiticy towards the board. No one should be worried about their safety from fellow match going Evertonians.

When the RS were protesting against Hicks and Gillette, how did they get rid of them?

I remember some tacky YouTube video of people saying get out of our club, but how were they actually made to sell?

It's the board who've appointed and jettisoned so many managers; likewise, it's the board who've produced a hierarchy that has been so dysfunctional.

Admittedly, players and managers have failed, but the meddling and incompetency from those above them over the last six years, and beyond, that's caused this.

The managerial appointments and consequent player recruitment have been - in hindsight - appalling. But - bar Benitez - most could see the sense in some of the managers that were appointed. They've just been hopeless - tactically inept - and the players have been just as bad if not worse. As far as the Board are concerned they must also take responsibility - but the primary reason we are at the bottom of the table is the manager and playing staff.
Clough had it right when he stated what the average director knows about footy and he printed a blank page.
The new ground is one thing the board have right - but everything else is a veritable sh*t show. It's been a grim decade supporting this shower.

It's contempt. They've gone nuclear and, basically, destroyed themselves in the process.

We'll be relegated now, but given what we now know this board is capable of it will be a necessary corrective that will only eventually right itself in the long term.

Doesn't matter what they did, if we tried the same thing we'll get the exact opposite outcome, whereas they come out smelling of roses due to their complete control of the media and fact they bring in hundreds of millions of pounds worth of profit.

It's definitely a sign of disarray and the fans from afar will lap it up, but equally I think it could be, in the long-run, a turning point for the club.

The board have shown themselves to be what they are, and let's not forget it was the fans last year that helped get the players over the line.

This might relight the fire in the bellies of many fans who've been come apathetic - much more so this year - and push for the real changes at the top.

If the board double down from this and go against the fans, they're tying their own metaphorical nooses (no insinuation of violence for all the bed-wetters).
