The Everton Board Thread

We do but it’s never gonna happen. Nothing will repair the rift now.
Two schools of thought here:

1. Continuing protests about the Board/Owner, will impact on the team performance when improvement is needed to keep us up.

2. It is possible for us as fans to maintain the protest whilst at the same time, getting right behind the team.

I believe point 2 is not difficult. Especially if the protests are coordinated by NSnow etc. The protest after the Southampton game was far more dignified and directed than the pre match club response.

I'm confident the majority of fans will create a bubble that is the manager, the team & themselves whilst also spending every minute of the day trying to get the board out. They threw us under the bus just 2 weeks ago and they should never be allowed to wash that away.

What is everyone expecting to happen here I’m a bit confused.

Are we expecting Moshiri to bin off Kenwright and the rest of the board and bring in a complete new board?

Or are we expecting Moshiri to sell the club under the condition the new owner completely replaces the board?

Either way board out right?

Any help most welcome.

Some are. And they want it now.

Some others want the board and owner out.

I dont think anyone with half a clue about Everton wouldn't want the same thing.

But the strategic thinking on this issue and the timetable for it is woeful. Lions led by donkeys.

The board could help that situation by actually signing some players to help us out of the situation they've put us in. No amount of calls for unity will mean a thing if at 11pm tomorrow they haven't brought in any players, or worse, they've brought in Ryan Fraser. If someone kicks their DG enough times, eventually they get bitten.
I agree. Players need to be added for this to have a reasonable chance of settling down this club and hand the manager and team half a chance to get us safe.

Quite telling the quote from kenwright which went along the lines of “me and Kev thought he was alright”. “Oh and Fahard thought he was sound when he met him”.

Clearly not a joined up approach to recruiting what will be the most pivotal managerial decision in our recent history.
Well, in the recent past that lot have deliberated on a managerial appointment for weeks not 7 days, and look at the duffers they chose.

Maybe this choice of the bleedin' obvious in a timely fashion could prove to be the difference.

Maybe I’m reading into the way the quote is articulated on the official website but it reeks of “this fella wandered through the door asking for a job, we had a cup of tea and he seemed alright so we gave him the job”

Doesn’t spark any feeling of “from the first moment his tactical strategy for the club and genuine heart felt passion blew us away unanimously and we look forward to many years of success with him leading our great football club” does it. That or our media team are all on work experience from the surrounding primary schools.
