The Everton Board Thread

Ever known a guy to have 1.3% shares to have this much of a voice, I hope every evertonian protests on Saturday, how on earth can this unmitigated crap go on

I’d be surprised if there are substantial numbers on Saturday especially if there are signings tomorrow and even less numbers if someone like Richarlison comes in on loan.

It’s a vicious circle. It’s been drummed into people’s way of thinking over the years with fear mongering such as protests being so detrimental to the team, be careful what you wish for etc.

I’m tired of it mate.

Yea,
team does terribly - don't protest because you're only making thins worse.
team does fine - don't protest because everything is apparently ok.

There was a head of steam building up but they knew right well a new boss and one or two signings will take the pressure off.
This is why announcing Dyche was so delayed.
Better to have the fans fume over a delayed announcement and forget about it a minute after Dyche is announced.
Monday, Announce Dyche,
Tuesday, deadline day signings.
Wednesday, thursday, press around new signings.
Friday, Dyche press conference where he calls again for unity.
Saturday, game day and the fans have been distracted for a whole week.

Maybe that's conspiracy theory stuff, but I wouldn't put it past them.

It’s what we pay our money for.

Your giving the board far to much credit to be clever enough to come up with a plan like that

Yeah it's all choreographed, but it won't wash this time - the damage has already been done.

Why has this gone quiet? Have the club finished their enquiries, have they found the culprit, is it safe for the board to return to the next home match?

Absolute frauds.
Their attendance at the weekend's game depends on the outcome of today imo. If we can fluke two signings they'll probably think the fans are back on side and jobs a gooden. If we end up with Andre Ayew or nobody then they'll steer way clear.

Wait... are there really people who think Richarlison is coming on loan 6 months after leaving?

Absolutely useless this board. How can anyone expect any type of organisation to thrive when the people who are at the head of it are put of their depth and out of touch with the people it serves?

Kenwright out. DBB out. Sharp out. If Moshiri had half a brain, he'd sell to the first idiot who he could recoup his outlay from.
He tried to the Americans but apparently Bill wouldn’t see his share so the deal never went through, no idea if it’s true or not just what I heard

Well, there isn't even a hint of any signings sadly. At this point we're limited to the domestic market (hours quickly whittling away to fly somebody in and sort a medical) which means even if we do nab somebody we're probably massively overpaying as usual.
