The way is see it is either BK charmed Moshiri and his support team into keeping him on, but has somehow also managed to keep the veil pulled down throughout the entire durations of his tenure. OR. BK has a contractual right to stay in place and maybe even the composition of the board. In my opinion, there is no way he does this without also ensure that the BoD has powers, whether that be of the veto or otherwise…..there’d be no point in being on the board otherwise. Whilst BK may want to stay just for the limelight, not sure the same accusation could be made of DBB - she’s not a particularly public figure other than the odd absurd statement. That’s why I think they are all complicit in the bad decision making which may have been led by FM but has been enabled by the BoD.
The only conclusion I can come to mate is that she's the one actually constructing it solo. She's on the roof trusses Monday to Wednesday, terracing Thursday, internal fittings Friday, off Saturday to watch a dodgy stream of the Everton game and then back in Sunday where she places any rubble on site into neat piles ready to start Monday again
It further highlights the muddled structure at Everton.
The stadium supposedly falls under Colin Chong. If the CEO is driving the project, he isn't.
I suspect he IS doing is job alongside Laings and Little Miss Dynamite just loves heading down with her hard hat and hi-viz vest on for a few photos from time to time.

DBB ultimately is a mere employee and does what the owner and chairman dictate. She established Everton in the Community and seems undoubtedly to have been over promoted but this level of hatred is really unpleasant.

As you say, she did a wonderful job at EiTC.
The fact she was promoted above her skillet is hardly her fault.
What winds me up is she laps up the elevated position, knowing full well she's not up to it.
3 consecutive transfer windows we have had an injured centre forward and they have done nothing to fix it. We even sold 2 important attackers for over £100m combined, and still did nothing.

Unfortunately far too many people accepted the "we'll be fine when DCL is back narrative" for far too long. We took gambles we couldn't afford, and that we really didn't need to take.
The club have massively let the player down by failing to bring in any help, and if we go down, it will be entirely due to disregarding the importance of having good forward options. We have to remember this is not the player's fault, and the blame lies entirely with those who control our recruitment.

The poster has made all sorts of suggestions and implied lots of things for weeks without ever really saying anything and just says you’ll find out in 6 months and see.
It’s tiresome and just fills the thread up with people asking what they know. Needs to either say what it is or stop attention seeking (as that’s how it’s coming across).

Thing is I 100% agree with his premise that Kenwright and co need to go, currently there's only one way that happens and that is if Moshiri "sacks the board"! Whilst he owns the %age of shares that he does he is the only one that can make that decision, and he won't because while they are getting the fully deseved flack it deflects attention from him and some of his more bizarre decisions.
