Dont get the hatred for her when 99% of the fanbase honestly wouldn't know how good a job she is doing compared to the other 19 PL CEOs truth be told.

Thats the thing though how do fans know if she did a good job at EITC / isnt doing a good job as CEO? Just because EITC does good work and we've been shabite on the pitch (for longer than she has been CEO for btw) doesn't mean she's the factor behind both.

She's a good egg mate who's gone through quite a bit of an ordeal in recent weeks I think it's harsh to lump her in with Kenwright & Co.

Because the club has no direction, which is her remit. In her tenure we’ve had 3 internal reviews of our operations because we are failing.

Our commercial deals are horrendous, and once Al the Oligarch got binned she has done nothing to reclaim the lost revenue.

She, has CEO, as also lied with regards to the type of sponsorship we would have (we are ethical blah blah, ok hello Stake.com) because she is showing her inability to negotiate.

We were also the only club to go through a full season without a sleeve sponsor, again impacting revenue.

The commercial deal with KitBag is disastrous, wrong orders being received, issued with refunds. She has not done anything to rectify this on behalf of evertonians, her main customer.

The comms department has become nonexistent, people are still being treated poorly by the club if they criticise anything to do with the club, there’s very little engagement with the fanbase we have no updates whatsoever from anyone within the club, including our DoF.

All this is her remit as CEO, it’s day to day operations

On top of all that, she has stuck by a complete lie that she was assaulted during a match. Absolute vile and disgraceful, not only against evertonians but every woman that has been seriously assaulted in the workplace

So no, she’s not a good egg at all

I think only the big 6 and maybe WHU (thanks to a tax free stadium handed to them by Bradys Tory mates) have higher revenues than us so as CEO she takes credit there.

Most of our problems stem from poor recruitment / governance which falls on Kenwright/Walsh/Brands.

This is utter tripe.

Also does not match what she herself has repeatedly claimed.

Leicester have won the league, FA Cup and finished 5th twice in recent years, Newcastle are doped up with Saudi sponsers, WHU have a 60k stadium for free.

Our problem has been losing USMs sponsers which accounted for about £15 millions a season and poor league finishes (on top of GP sadly no longer being fit for purpose).

We'll never attract top sponsers unless we're playing in the Champions League which is a pipe dream.

BMD will no doubt help us (and we need to get high earning dross of the wage bill also).

But Denise overall seems a good Blue who's tried her best. I wont comment on the headlock allegations but if its true she was assaulted we need to not lump her in with Kenwrights cronies.

I think at some stage bridges have to be mended mate for the good of the club. Looking at tings from a rational perspective mistakes have been made from both sides - the fan that head locked DBB was out of order likewise the board shouldn't have weaponised the incident and turned it into a media storm.

For me - DBB and Ingles welcomed back into the Everton Family.

Kenwright & Sharp - moved on and replaced with professionals.

Baxendale has absolutely no chance.

She's a disgrace and needs to go. Now.

Unfortunately mate, there was years where criticism of Bill Kenwright and /or the running of the club was shouted down and where Club employees were manipulating the narrative all to favour Bill Kenwright

(Ian Ross on multiple online forums posting under pseudonyms and "Mo" at the club suspected of ringing talksport claiming to be a "fan" to push the club's narrative ; widely suspected David Prentice acts at The Athletic client journalists "handlers" getting them to write what the club wants)

Not happening any longer

People like myself, who are clearly not stupid aren't going to be treated like we are stupid. Nor shouted down any longer

Keep the issues front and centre

My advice. If you don't want to discuss the terrible behaviour of the EFC board or keeping or making them accountable, find another thread
