Nope, wrong. You have been taken in by the fans spouting this rubbish.

If you dont think some fans have has an affect on the team, then i suggest you live with your head in the sand a little, its been toxic and horrible at times.

Other times its been great and ppl have come together, but its both….it cant be we only believe what we want to hear and ignore the bad stuff.

So with her expressing that feeling, he family and husband are brought i to it!?!

She is a fan too, and does good stuff in the clubs name at the hotel.
She is proud of her grandad….and thats used as a stick to beat her with.

The more this goes on, fans are proving her point.
I think the moral of that story is that if two parties are engaged in fisticuffs don’t wade in and then be surprised to receive a slap yourself .

If you think the abuse and stuff she has had is acceptable, then i would love to see how you react of ppl did or said the same a female family member of yours.

So for now trying to root out bullies and stop abuse against female fans and fans in general….im the bad guy.

Its nothing to do with the club this, its about human decency, and respect.
The fans have been put through the ringer time and time again by this club when all they do is show loyal support, yes there are one or two who go to excess at times (as with every club) but her coming out and having a pop at fans does not help the situation with things at the moment imo. It's not the time nor the place for it imo.

She is a fan giving her opinion….its fine arguing her opinions but thats not whats happening.

They are going straight for her husband and using her graddad.

Ive said the same as her regarding the fans, ppl argue that point….and thats fine…the ones that go straight to my profile pictures and have a pop at my kids or my appearance….thats abuse and needs calling out.

Thats all im doing.

It's not quite that simple though, I posted before that the highest wage bill in the Championship is Watford at just over £26m, well compare that to what ours is now. Just to comply with restrictions in EFL (which are far stricter that the PL) we are going to be left with literally a couple of youth players/young lads. That's providing we can actually find buys for all the players. None of that even covers any space for restrengthening the squad which would require more money, we are in big, big trouble if we go down. I have not even mentioned the stadium.

No one knows whats gonna happen mate so why bite into a cyanide capsule until its actually happened is my point.

Come the end of the season the stadium build is approx. 12 months from completion - its pretty much funded at this stage particularly if this 25% investment goes through which is the remainder of the funds needed.

We lose £80 millions in revenue if we go down in terms of year 1 parachute payments - we just got £40 millions from the Gordon sale and could easily fetch £90-100 millions combined for Pickford, Onana & DCL.

Ellis Simms was banging gols in the Championship - its a tough league but its also a bang average one - players like Gray, Branthwaite, Tarkowski, Patterson, Garner, Holgate, McNeil would be solid down there. Maupay scored a lot one season down there aswell. We also have Dyche who knows the league and got Burnley promoted twice.

The rules regarding FFP would also likely only effect us the season after we dropped i.e we would have 1 season to get promoted before anything took place.

You also have a lot of earners off the books this summer in Mina, Townie, Davies, Gomes will probably go as will the likes of Iwobi, Godfrey etc.

It may be rocky but thats not to say we don't come out the other end in a better position than what we currently are.

I just dont get talk of us being liquidated/falling into the abyss / national blue square its pure scaremongering perpetuated by the usual doomsdayers !

That just lets bullies off and excuses then targeted abuse

I read all the associated threads. I am yet to see one actual abusive tweet sent to her. Not one.

I've seen plenty of criticism and responses claiming 'abuse'. Plenty.

Rather like the claims of 'headlocks' on the CEO that never happened.

Made many subtle comments towards fans and shareholders criticising the running of the club, telling them they are splitting the fanbase

Then when corrected cry "abuse" "abuse" is what I see.

This has happened for years at Everton

May I ask whether you were as affronted and quick to leap to the defence of our supporters when they were deliberately smeared and attacked by people or persons within the club?

I can read the accounts and I know how screwed we are now and I watch enough Championship to know how the money works down there. I get what you are trying to say but you are wrong, the players you are listing won't stay because we really wouldn't be able to afford to keep them, even Mykolenko is on £50k a week and we can't take the likes of Keane and Gbamin and those types on £70k a week but who is going to buy them. The average wage in the Championship is £30k per week mate, I can't imagine there are many in first team squad of 25 who are on much less than that.

Firstly the word is goals not gols, we aren’t in Spain

Secondly, he wasn’t ‘banging’ goals in, he’d scored 7, 4 of which came in the month and a half before he got recalled, the other 3 came in his first two appearances for Sunderland in August

In my opinion talks of liquidation are far fetched. That would be a scenario where Everton couldn’t pay back its creditors if it sold all of its assets.

We own a stadium, soon to be two. We have playing assets we could sell off for big money in Pickford Branthwaite Onana Calvert Lewin. We have a billionaire owner who is bringing in new investors and recently admitted he could fund the stadium himself if needed. Whilst financial regs stop him putting money into the team, there would be no problem in him paying off any creditor if needed. We don’t have a load of external debt either.

If Moshiri pulls the plug then yes of course we’d be in trouble but every single club in the league can say that. More likely someone would just buy us.
