Probably because the current credit facilities that the club are using (Rights and Media) were negotiated by a certain William Kenwright and maybe their continued support is dependent upon him remaining in situ ???

I'm not (intentionally) being difficult
But can you sell your controlling stake in a company and still retain that much control?

I reckon he's literally there because no one qualified wants that job on a short term basis.

No you cant, not in any legal shape way or form, does anyone really think Kenwright is such a master when it comes to negotiating a contract of sale that he now cant be removed because of the terms? Because if he was that good, and his legal team were that clever, then he would be the best chairmen in the world

None of this explains why Moshiri didn’t clear him out and appoint competent people to run the club 7 years ago. All of what you say about Kenwright is true, but you lose me and many others completely when you start to make excuses for and defend Moshiri.

MSP insertion, will be the first step to a more professional and prosperous future at the club

As it will see Bill Kenwright immediately booted. When that happens I will celebrate. No honorary titles for that utter [poor language removed]
