So many seem incandescent that the PL could make an example of us.

For me it's the owner and the Everton Board that they may wish to make an example of, as to how a premier league club should not be run. The owner and board would love the fans to believe that we all, as a united club, are being clamped down on by the premier league, thereby pinning the blame for the club's woes on the PL and deflecting the blame from and lessening the pressure on the owner and board.

We shouldn't buy into that for a minute. This is all on them. If the club have to take a financial hit then so be it. As long as it's not a points deduction (which is unlikely), as that would hit the fanbase harder than the people who are responsible for this mess. They have brought shame and embarrassment upon the club, and they should be held accountable for it.

I think the rules are a joke and the way it’s been handled seems a bit ridiculous but ultimately it’s a club we’re a member of .

This board should hang their collective heads , I’d be ashamed to show my face in the city . I hope the ‘greatest living Evertonian ‘ and his acolytes are feeling the appropriate shame , I also hope the likes of sharp and the other 80’s legends who’ve been conspicuous by their collective silences have a long hard look at the side they’ve picked because it’s the bloke whose destroying Everton football club .

But Carlin and ForeverBlue92 think Kenwright and Basketcase are doing a great job, thanks lads for you're wonderful support. When fans at least need to stick together because you're club seems to be going down the pan, you get these two whoppers whose one purpose in life is to wind fans up as much as they can.

She comes out of this very badly imo. How many times have we had it rammed down own our throats that she is this great business brain with all these awards for her great work in various places. Her stock will fall a fair bit from this I would imagine.

What stock though ? She done well for charity work in EITC, Nothing to do with being able to run a football club, or to be a CEO of one, she was simply another choice of " bring a blue home" Mr Fantasist himself Bill Kenwright. She made some nice speeches that were easy on the ear for the gullible to take in, two years without a sleeve sponsor, a big speech about how bad an example having a gambling sponsor was, then a complete 180 degree turn, that should have alone been enough to resign.

This board and owner have bumbled from one disaster to the next and never turned a hair. Made disgusting accusations two hours before one of the most important home matches in years, which we went on to lose, the media ridiculed us for it. And then when the board realised not all the media were falling for it, banned themselves from home games...for their own perceived safety. Banned AGM's again, delayed their annual accounts and Have now got the club charged by the football authorities. A roll call of shame, which they all should resign on immediately, but they wont, they will still drag us and the club down with them because they still think and tell everyone that they're doing a great job, oh, and it pays very well.

She was supposedly stepping down around the same time as Brands but Kenwright said she should stay until she has found another job
