Read s.172 that you posted and you will see(should see) there is nothing there about answering private health related matters. You are posting something that disproves what you say.
The main focus in a breach of fiduciary duties concerns 'in good faith' and conflicts of interest that negatively affect stakeholder's financial bottom line. Nowhere does it say, nor should it, that anybody who has a few quid invested has the right to full disclosure of medical details

It can be by implication. Not disclosing serious health issues to shareholders when asked or worse, denying them is not acting in "good faith" and would be a breach of Fiduciary duties. It would be jeopardising the shareholders investment and would not be acting in good faith.
