See, people told me this when I was bumping the board thread in October wondering why they weren't getting any scrutiny. What's the point? Nothing will happen etc;
Since then, DOF sacked. Strategic review announced. Fan campaigns/significant pressure and coverage towards the failings.
Take a look at the BBC sport homepage now. The BT coverage today.
Eventually, Moshiri will act and make the changes necessary.
I’m very concerned that this strategic review, the catalyst for sweeping changes, is being undertaken by the very people that need changing.
Indeed.
Indicative of the mugs they take fans for.
So it's the fans fault Seamus Coleman is a terrible captain?
The fans fault Michael Keane can't defend to save his life?
Fans fault Fabian Delph is a sicknote?
Fans fault Salomon Rondon is overweight?
Honestly, I hope you’re right - because our continued existence depends on it - but I don’t see the evidence for it.Eventually, Moshiri will act and make the changes necessary.
Be a lot less anger on Gwladys St if everyone had a hit of a bong on the way in.That's golden mate, Everton would be way better experienced via the medium of a bong.
Its just like the school teachers marking their own exam papers.I’m very concerned that this strategic review, the catalyst for sweeping changes, is being undertaken by the very people that need changing.
Your wasting your time mate, no one will listen, Ive been saying this all season, the players need positive suppport more then ever, I fully expected Goodison to be rocking today but it was no better then last week, the most vocal some got was to shout abuse at Gerrard, pathetic again, as for the bottle throwers they have to be banned for life, no excuses. Even the ref and a few tackles didnt get the crowd up for it, if Duncan cant lift the crowd nobody canAeroplanes, bottles, general negativity - the fans will end up taking the club down
Can the forum leaders take a lead in injecting some positivity please?
The players will need as much confidence and support as they can get to beat the drop....
He needs to be to carry all that fat aroundBang out of order mate, Rondon is 'big boned' lol
Honestly, I hope you’re right - because our continued existence depends on it - but I don’t see the evidence for it.
The changes he’s made recently haven’t filled me with confidence. Brands being sacked wasn’t something I wanted to see - I’d rather he’d been allowed to do his job.
The ‘strategic review,’ seems like a token gesture at best, it’s literally just words at this point. We’ll see on that one.
I liked hearing from him the other day, but really that didn’t say very much of substance at all.
I want to believe he’s realised he’s bad at running a football club, but there was no evidence of any recognition of that in his statement.
No, that’s not what I said. I said I see no evidence that he realises he’s bad at running a football club. You don't see the evidence that Moshiri acts on discontent? If anything, he does it too much.
The first snarl from fans at the boardroom saw Brands the sacrificial lamb and a kneejerk panic of a nonsense blag review.
They've thrown a club legend in the boardroom as well to try and appease.
