I think you’re missing my point. It's horses for courses. Just because Jose is viewed as an elite manager and gets elite jobs that Dyche would never be considered for it doesn't mean he is a better manager in all circumstances at all levels. For example, I don't think Guardiola would do any better with Everton than Dyche has or at least there's no evidence to suggest he would. He's an elite manager that is good with elite players and developing a playing style that suits those types of players. He has never had to develop a style to suit inferior players where things like set pieces and low block defending are much more important.
I was being facetious for which I apologise. Do you believe Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho started life as elite managers, I don’t I think they have had to prove themselves before they earned the trust of owners of big clubs. I don’t know if Guardiola could or could not manage the current Everton team better than Sean Dyche but given his track record of success I would be inclined to think he would. This debate is irrelevant, Pep Guardiola isn’t coming to Everton and Sean Dyche isn’t going anywhere until this season is over.

To be fair, Pep started at Barcelona as he’d done well with the Youth set up which by the way included Xavi, Messi and Iniesta. He at that time hardly had to work his way up the food chain to get to where he was - once he finished there, he went to Bayern and then City.

Porto are not exactly minows either in the Portuguese league and they had a lot of elite players. Look at Kompany, he tried to play an elite style at Burnley which put him in the shop window for better jobs but ultimately got them relegated. Dyche was more successful but obviously his style would not work at Bayern Munich.

I suspect if every single manager had to work their way up through clubs of various sizes, and financial means through the different leagues, the guys associated with the upper echelons of management may be entirely different.

Even Alex Ferguson got sacked at St Mirren but then worked through Aberdeen and achieved amazing things with them. A lot of the top guys have had a head start in their career.

Look at Lampard, one season with Derby where he hardly pulled up any trees after call8ng in loan favours with Chelsea, then gets Chelsea job. He then comes to us and fails.

Someone like Poch too is now seen as an elite coach but he has failed in lots of jobs and was only really successful at Saints and Spurs. And Spurs was pretty lucky because of Kane and Dele coming through at the same time.

Wtf are you on about?!

Doncaster played us off the park and there garbage. This idea that we have to play garbage football because were battling relegation is ludicrous.

Were battleing relegation because we play garbage football. Dyche has been here for nearly two years. Hes our second longest serving manager since martinez and whats he done in that time?

What style of play has he implemented? What patterns of play do you see? How have we progressed in the two years hes been here? Hes brought in 12 players and we exactly the same now as we did in his firat game.

Pep couldnt do better the dyche? Absolute rubbish

Our players are rubbish.

we’re at a critical point where we are moving to a new stadium
That brings opportunities to turn the corner on all of the negativity we’ve been drowning in
Massive chance to do some commercial deals off the back of the new ground and we won’t have that chance again to liftoff

Dyche is absolutely the wrong guy for this, we need to inject positivity and be attractive commercially
