Is there a bigger 10 seconds in sport than this? Comes round once every four years. Justin Gatlin and Usain Bolt have won every title since 2004.

Can Bolt make it a hat-trick?

I don't think it's physically possible for him to start and accelerate like a Gatlin does, due to his long legs. But that's also the reason why his top speed is better than anyone else's.
